Arbitration is one of the alternative forms of dispute resolution.

Tomasz Cyrol deals with the subject of arbitration both in theoretical and practical terms for several years. He is a member of the Arbitration Committee at the International Bar Association and a member of the Young Arbitrators Forum at the International Chamber of Commerce. In the spring of 2015 he completed a one-year course of international arbitration jointly organized by the International Chamber of Commerce and Jagiellonian University - "The ICC Arbitration and ADR Training Programme".

Tomasz Cyrol is currently an arbitrator at:

• Sąd Arbitrażowy przy Krajowej Izbie Gospodarczej w Warszawie;
• Stały Sąd Polubowny przy Izbie Przemysłowo - Handlowej w Krakowie;
• Sąd Arbitrażowy przy Regionalenj Izbie Gospodarczej w Katowicach.

Tomasz Cyrol can also be appointed on an ad hoc basis to act as arbitrator in other arbitration courts in Poland and abroad.
