Being a member of the Krakow Regional Bar Council, Tomasz Cyrol is an expert in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has been working as a mediator since 2010. Additionally, he was a researcher at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He is participating actively in academic conferences and publishing in professional journals. Tomasz Cyrol is also a member of the International Bar Association.
