Mediation is an alternative form of dispute resolution where a neutral and impartial person enters the dispute to assist both parties in negotiating a mutually satisfactory and acceptable agreement.

Tomasz Cyrol has been a mediator since 2010. With his knowledge and experience – related not only to conducting mediation, but also to the academic and didactic work on that subject - he serves all people who want to reach a settlement, but don't know how to do that.

Tomasz Cyrol is the Country Representative for Poland and Regional Representative for Central and Eastern Europe of the Mediation Committee of the International Bar Association.
